Hoshi's not necessariliy the coolest kid in the world. He's sorta stupid, sorta wimpy, and irrevocably shy; not to mention there's just one too many differences between him and the people he's around, one with the potential to mean the world.
But he has a great singing voice.
So when he finds himself invited to an audition for an up-and-coming garage band known as the the Blufin Killies, he sees the chance to become something so much more. But when more and more 'coincidences' begin to emerge, Hoshi finds that his 'little secrets' just might turn out to be the difference between life and death.

If you like things that are all together way too tl;dr, then have we got the comic for you! We've got profanity, limited sexiness, peripheral drug abuse, and maybe some gore/generally disturbingness here and there! Gay we have not, though, sorry to disappoint. At least not the wild flaming buttsecks kind that you most likely are looking for if this concerns you. Updates Saturday and some random Sundays.

I got tired of my old layout. Really, it was obnoxious. So have some template until I actually make a better one. Sounds good, right? Though I do rather like this layout. Hmm...
Finally we depart from the realm of über lines! I love this page. See all those background characters? Yeah, those are all people I know. I'm in there, too... Can you guess which one is me? XD
I sorta feel like ranting now, so... Congrats! You don't have to read past this point if you don't want to, lol.
Back when I was in sixth grade, I remember how just being a fan of something was in and of itself the greatest feeling ever. As I got older, though... I guess being just a fan was never enough. I guess the only reason I never got into fanfiction was because I knew that no matter how much I loved the characters, they weren't mine and never could be. In seventh grade, I rediscovered some characters I had made up in fourth grade and started playing around with them. I was nerdy enough and had enough disregard for my own reputation to completely embrace the fact that they were basically Wolf's Rain fan characters that I had skirted around copyright infringement only by making them werewolves instead of actual wolves. As I went farther and farther along, I loved each of them individually, and not just because I had created them. I wanted to make something of them, not just doodles. And I guess that's how I ended up here on SmackJeeves in a nutshell XD
Sorry for pointless rants, it's just that it amuses me to know that I have somehow gone from being happy as a clam on the sidelines to suddenly wanting all the glory of creating for myself XD
*so confused about the girls shirt* XD
Interesting comic, I loved the colors shading you did in the start but your black and white is impressive as well. ^^
Keep up the good work, can't wait to see when the story develops.

I'll stop now. Really.
