The Blufin Killies
Hoshi's not necessariliy the coolest kid in the world. He's sorta stupid, sorta wimpy, and irrevocably shy; not to mention there's just one too many differences between him and the people he's around, one with the potential to mean the world.
But he has a great singing voice.
So when he finds himself invited to an audition for an up-and-coming garage band known as the the Blufin Killies, he sees the chance to become something so much more. But when more and more 'coincidences' begin to emerge, Hoshi finds that his 'little secrets' just might turn out to be the difference between life and death.

Christmas gifts for all!
So you guys remember how I dropped off the face of the Earth there for a while, then returned briefly before disappearing again? Well have I got news for you! After angsting for a while over whether or not I actually wanted to continue this comic, I decided that I did and then O sat down and drew a buttload of pages.
What does this mean for you? It means I've returned from orbit, and am going to start updating again starting after New Year's! It is my Christmas gift to the world!

Monday updates now (hello I am fickle, apparently)
So guys, I don't think this whole Saturday updates thing is working out. To be honest, I'm not sure how this whole updating in general thing is working out, but I'd rather not think about that.
Time's come for college applications and portfolio building, as well as not falling behind in virtual school while still keeping my grades up in all of my AP classes, and the fact of the matter is I just don't have time during the week to work on pages. As it currently stands, the only time I have to work on comic pages with any sort of dedication is during the weekends, and a lot of these Saturdays I'm going to be taking tests and touring colleges, along with whatever weekend homework I have lingering. This pretty much just leaves Sunday for me to work on pages, so I felt Monday would be the best time to ensure I actually WORK on said pages on Sunday.
Long story short: I've been too busy to update today, enjoy a new page on Monday and on every other one hereafter.

Good news!
I am pleased to announce that BFK will be making its grand return on Saturday, September 11th! Might not be the most memorial-sensitive day for reuptake, but then again I'm not really that much on honoring holidays anyway. I was going to post an official announcement as an actual update, but I figured I'd save that for next week. This way at least you people who read news can be excited! I know I am! EXCITEMENT!!

So yeah sorry I suck
Okay, I know it seems like I just dropped off the face of the Earth, but in reality I decided to put this comic on hiatus so I could focus more on my school work, with mixed results. (I'm taking an online class, and the concept of doing actual assignments during the summer has me so outta whack oh god.) I would like you all to know that, while I can't really crank out a page a week like I used to at the moment, I have been working somewhat sporadically on getting a buffer going so I can post with impunity in the (hopefully) near future.
tl;dr version: BFK is not dead! We will return as soon as we are able!

Hiatus or something ;_;
As some of you may or may not remember, a month or so ago I broke my ankle/leg. (Tibia, fibula, and calcaneus all in one go!) After I made it out of the hospital, I was on hardcore drugs the whole time (because apparently other things halt bone growth or something >:V ) so I wasn't really able to sit there and do homework.
I got off my meds last week, and went back to school this week, AND NOW I HAVE SO MUCH WORK TO DO OH MY GOD. So I'm going to be taking a break from this whole comicking thing for a while here until I get caught up on schoolwork. I'll try to come back with a bang here in a few weeks, though.

Hey guys! Been a while since I posted some nooz.
Anyway, I might have to take a little hiatus for a while. Maybe. Not sure. I'll post an actual page if anything like that does come up.
Either that or I'll post two pages every two weeks or something. I dunno, I'll figure something out.
See, the problem is that my scanner's not working, so I've been having to use plaguerat's. Biking all the hell over to her house just to scan something is... frustrating, to say the least. I suppose I could photograph the pages, but that's really just more trouble than it's worth. Really it is.
So, that being said, I'm really leaning towards just taking a break from uploading then coming back with a bang at some point. Discuss.

I'm sorry that I missed an update again, those computer problems ate my buffer and I've been too busy with applications and the BUSIEST WEEKEND EVER HOLY FUCK too make it up. I'll get it along here soon enough.
